To Punch a Hole on Multi-Layer Compound Slab

  1. Select Punch Hole option from the Place Slab split icon.

    The Placement Tab opens that contains different Punch Hole Options.

  2. Click Delete Hole Profile to delete the Hole Profile on compound slab.
  3. From Punch Mode option menu, specify one of the following options and perform the subsequent steps:

    Select the Hole Profile option from the drop-down list.

    • Set the Depth by entering a numeric value.
      Note: Depth will be enabled after selecting the Hole Profile option.

    or

    Select the Dynamic option and adjust the hole depth as needed.

    or

    Select the Punch Through option to get a hole punched through the selected compound slab layers.

  4. Select the placed shape on compound slab.
  5. Select multiple layers by pressing <Ctrl>.
  6. (Optional) To deselect a layer, press <Ctrl> and then select that particular layer.
  7. Left mouse-click to Accept the changes and get a hole punched through the compound slab layers.
  8. (Optional) Hold <Ctrl> and select to add additional punching shapes.
